Welcome to Jardín del Alma Retreat.
Our purpose is to offer a safe, respectful, and mindful space for emotional, spiritual, and personal healing. Before booking any of our retreats, ceremonies, or experiences, we invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions.
By making a reservation, participating in our activities, or using our services, you fully accept the conditions described in this document.
1. ABOUT JARDÍN DEL ALMA RETREAT
Jardín del Alma Retreat is a healing and wellness center dedicated to experiences of personal transformation, emotional integration, and spiritual growth.
Our services may include:
Spiritual and wellness retreats.
Spiritual and energetic ceremonies.
Group healing and integration sessions.
Holistic therapies and emotional support.
Private conversations and individual sessions with facilitators.
Activities connecting with nature and silence.
All experiences are guided by facilitators and staff from the center to provide an environment of respect, support, and care.
2. RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION
2.1. A retreat or experience reservation is confirmed only when:
The participant correctly completes their registration.
The corresponding payment is made.
The participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
2.3. Jardín del Alma Retreat reserves the right of admission and participation to preserve the harmony, safety, and well-being of the group.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1. Payments can be made via bank transfer or digital platforms.
3.2. To secure your place, an initial payment or full payment is required, depending on the retreat selected.
3.3. The outstanding balance must be paid before the date indicated by the organizers.
3.4. All bank charges, international fees, or transfer costs are the responsibility of the participant.
3.5. Failure to pay within the established deadlines may automatically cancel the reservation.
3.6. No participant will be allowed to enter the retreat without having completed full payment.
4. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. Jardín del Alma Retreat does not offer monetary refunds.
4.2. In case of cancellation by the participant, the amount paid may only be used as credit to reschedule the reservation for future available dates indicated by the organizers.
4.3. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
4.4. The credit granted is not transferable to third parties without the express authorization of the organizers.
4.5. In case of non-attendance without prior notice or voluntary withdrawal from the retreat, the participant will forfeit the right to reschedule. 4.6. If the retreat is rescheduled or canceled due to force majeure, weather conditions, health emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, participants may use their payment for a future available date.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND HEALTH STATUS
5.1. Participants acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily in all activities offered by the center.
5.2. Each participant is responsible for informing the center in advance of any relevant medical, emotional, or psychological conditions, allergies, or physical limitations.
5.3. The ceremonies, spiritual practices, and healing activities offered by Jardín del Alma Retreat are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
5.4. Participants assume full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout the entire experience.
6. RESPECT FOR THE HEALING CENTER
To maintain a harmonious and safe space for everyone, participants agree to:
Respect the facilitators, therapists, and other participants.
Maintain conscious and respectful conduct.
Respect the schedules and group dynamics.
Take care of the facilities, rooms, gardens, and natural spaces.
Maintain silence and respect in the ceremony areas.
Avoid aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
Do not bring illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items.
Respect the privacy and personal processes of other participants.
Jardín del Alma Retreat may request the immediate removal of any person whose conduct affects the safety, harmony, or well-being of the group, without refund.
7. CEREMONIES, HEALING, AND INTEGRATION
7.1. The spiritual and ceremonial experiences offered by the center are spaces for conscious support focused on personal growth and emotional integration.
7.2. Some activities may generate profound emotional processes; therefore, we recommend participating responsibly and openly.
7.3. Participants may request private conversations or individual support with facilitators, subject to availability.
7.4. All information shared during private sessions or group settings will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
8.1. Jardín del Alma Retreat protects the privacy and confidentiality of all its participants.
8.2. The personal information provided will be used solely for administrative, organizational, and communication purposes related to the retreat.
8.3. Your personal data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without authorization, except as required by law.
8.4. All private conversations with facilitators will be treated with respect, discretion, and confidentiality.
9. USE OF IMAGE
9.1. Photographs or videos may be taken during the retreats for promotional and communication purposes.
9.2. If a participant does not wish to appear in images, they must notify the center in writing before the start of the retreat.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1. All content shared by Jardín del Alma Retreat, including texts, materials, ceremonies, methodologies, photographs, videos, audiovisual content, integration practices, and retreat resources, belongs to the center or its respective authors.
10.2. The reproduction, distribution, recording, commercialization, or unauthorized use of any content or experience offered by the center is prohibited without prior written consent.
10.3. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the experiences shared during the retreat.
11. COOKIES AND WEBSITE USE
11.1. The Jardín del Alma Retreat website and digital platforms may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance the user experience.
11.2. Cookies allow us to remember preferences, analyze visits, and optimize site performance.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.2. Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to the services offered shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the organization's legal domicile is located.
12.3. Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disagreement amicably and in good faith.

13.1. Jardín del Alma Retreat may modify, update, or expand these Terms and Conditions at any time to adapt them to legal, operational, or functional changes at the center.
13.2. New versions will take effect upon their official publication on our communication channels.
13.3. We recommend periodically reviewing this document before making new reservations or participating in future experiences.
